A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will move your website(s) to our enterprise–level cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary network downtime. That is the reason why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose only assignment is to ensure that your site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on famous web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, since there are a lot of factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We do not collect any personal details. We’ll need, though, the login information for your present web hosting account and the name of the site that you would like to move.

A: User privacy is among our primary concerns – that’s why, both our payment page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level SSLs. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect the data that we acquire on the web. And we’ve also got a detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: While we migrate your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. After the migration is complete, we will make sure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to telling you that the migration is complete. Then we’ll explain to you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to change your DNS records.

A: Nope. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Basically, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
